Requests for Well Child or Consultation Visits may be made through email. Please do not e-mail requests for sick visits, as it can take several days to reply. E-mail the patient’s name and date of birth, the date and time requested, and the reason for your visit. In order for your appointment to be valid, we must contact you to confirm. Please tell us in your email if you wish to be contacted by email or phone, and include phone number if latter is preferred.
Central Office: 1100 West 39½ Street, Austin, TX 78756 Ph: 512-454-4545
North Office: 4100 Duval Rd., Bldg 4, Ste. 100, Austin, TX 78759 Ph: 512-250-0220
The north office is open regular business hours (Monday through Friday 7:30 am-12 noon and 1pm-5pm). The central office is available for same day sick visits 362 days a year! It is only closed on Thanksgiving day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. Weekend and evening clinic is available only through the central location. Our central office hours vary slightly based on the season, but we are typically open 7:30 am through 9pm on weekdays and 8am through noon on weekends. Patients of either office are welcome to use the extended hours services at the central office. Some insurance companies have a different co-pay for evening and weekend hours.
Most of the doctors rotate between the two locations. Dr. Kibler, however, is the primary north office doctor and works at the north office Monday through Friday. All seven physicians rotate to staff the weekend office hours for your convenience.
If you are calling late in the day, your regular physician or office location may not have availability. If this occurs, patients are welcome to make an appointment to be seen by any available physician.
When scheduling a well check, we recommend making these appointments at your primary location. Medical records can be transferred from one location to the other at the family’s request.
