How to Become a New Patient

Thank you for visiting Capital Pediatric Group online. If you’re interested in becoming a new patient and would like to meet a doctor, we offer new parent sessions and patient interviews free of charge. Just call the Central Office at (512) 454-4545 or our North Office at (512) 250-0220  to make an appointment.  We appreciate your interest!

Required Paperwork

We try very hard to see our patients in a timely manner. To help us stay on time, please take these steps into account for your first visit:

• Plan to be at our office 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to submit new patient paperwork. You can download a copy of the new patient form as well as forms to be turned in upon your first visit by going to the form page.
• Bring your insurance card. We verify insurance for every visit.
• Call to let us know if you are running a few minutes behind. We will try to accommodate your schedule. We also appreciate 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. There is a charge for missed appointments.
