A native of Florida, Christina completed her undergraduate nursing studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her nursing career includes 10 years of pediatric experience for several major children’s hospitals across the United States. In 2004, Christina completed her Masters in Nursing at the University of Washington in the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program. She works full time at the Dell Children’s Medical Center but loves the time she spends at Capital Pediatric Group’s after-hours clinic. |
Brooke Gonzalez, RN, CPNP, CPON

Brooke is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner born and raised in Upstate New York. She graduated from the University of Rochester summa cum laude then moved to Austin in 2002. She worked in the Children’s Hospital of Austin for five years as an RN, and during that time completed her graduate studies at UT Austin to become a Pediatric Nurse Pracitioner. She has served in South America doing medical missions work, and speaks Spanish fluently. She lives with her husband of 8 years, Robert, their two precious little boys, Elias and Noah, and their Great Dane, Cessna. Brooke loves her full time job as a mom, and also enjoys spending time with friends and family,running and outdoor exercise, cooking,music,church,and bible study. |
